About Swati Amrit

Hello, I’m Swati.

I work with people who are doing a great deal for others and finding very little time for themselves.

My story

“I spent years being very good at holding everything together.”

I led preschools and worked as a research consultant, assessing government programmes in urban and rural areas of the country with international and local organisations. I taught, led and delivered.

I had learned to believe that rest had to be earned and difficult feelings had to be managed. Over time, my own practice and the people I learned from helped me question those beliefs.

That experience led me to life coaching. I work through the lens of things we keep repeating, the expectations we carry, and the choices we find difficult to make.

At Surging Soul, I offer personal life coaching alongside guided meditation, breathwork, perspective shifting and energy healing. Our sessions begin with your experience: what is happening, what matters to you, and what you want to work on.

What it is like to work together

We begin with a conversation.

Begin where you are

You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation or choose a service before we speak.

Take time to understand

We can look at what keeps happening and how it affects your daily life, rather than rushing into a programme.

Choose together

I explain the approach before we begin. You can ask questions, set the pace and decide whether it feels right for you.

Music is part of my life, too.

I am a trained classical singer. My interest in voice and sound is one of the threads that led me towards sound-based practices.

Alongside life coaching, my practice includes Reiki, guided meditation, breathwork, perspective-shifting sessions and sound. If you are curious about any of them, we can talk about what a session involves before you decide.

See if the conversation feels right.

Share a little of what has brought you here. We can discuss whether my approach is right for you.
